Everest Financial Planning Ltd. (״Everest״, ״we״) is the controller of personal information collected through everst.co.il. This policy explains collection, purposes, recipients and your rights under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, including Amendment 13.

2. Information and your choice to provide it
Enquiries: forms collect your name, email, telephone, message and requested service where applicable. Your consent to handling the enquiry, notice version and consent time accompany the submission. When contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you provide through that channel.
Providing information in the website form is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to provide it for an initial enquiry. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit and handle the form. Without the necessary details, we cannot receive the enquiry through the form or respond as needed. You may contact us by telephone instead. Please do not enter identity numbers, passwords, account details, financial documents or medical information in the public form.
Technical data: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request times, page addresses and browser information to deliver and operate the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Forms are saved in our website database and emailed to the Everest team. A hashed IP identifier is stored to limit submissions and prevent duplicates.
Statistics: Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent through the cookie notice. It may process online identifiers, device and browser data, interactions and approximate location to measure visits and usage. Such data is not necessarily anonymous. Do not include personal information in page addresses or links.
3. Purposes
Enquiry details are used to respond, contact you about your request, tailor the response to the requested service and document its handling. Technical information supports operation and security. Consented analytics help us understand and improve site usage. Information may also be retained to fulfil legal duties, deal with disputes and protect rights.
The form consent covers handling your enquiry; it does not subscribe you to advertising or a mailing list. Analytics consent is not a condition of making an enquiry or receiving service. Financial services provided after an enquiry may require separate notices, agreements and consents.
4. Recipients, providers and overseas processing
Information is intended for Everest and those handling the enquiry on its behalf, and may be processed by supporting providers: GoDaddy for site hosting, operation and the database; Google Workspace for business correspondence; and Google Analytics for statistics if you consent.
These services may process information outside Israel, including in the United States and other countries. Overseas transfers are subject to applicable law and appropriate arrangements with providers. WhatsApp and the linked client portal are external services with their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying a link does not require you to use it.
Information may be disclosed to competent authorities when required by law or an order, and to professional advisers where needed for disputes or protection of rights. We will not sell or rent enquiry details for other parties’ advertising.
5. Cookies and choices
Choose “Allow statistics” or “Necessary only”. Google Analytics does not load before your choice or after refusal. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the browser does not grant consent. Operational and security components necessary for the site and forms can function without analytics consent.

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the screen to change or withdraw consent at any time. Choosing “Necessary only” stops future measurement and deletes accessible site analytics cookies; the page reloads if analytics was already running. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously transmitted data. Contact us regarding that data. Browser controls can also delete cookies; deleting the preference prompts a new choice.

6. Retention and security
The site uses HTTPS to encrypt communication. Information is retained for as long as necessary for its purposes, including handling enquiries, legal recordkeeping obligations and protection of rights. Duration depends on the information and context. Cookie expiry is not the retention period for your enquiry or a provider’s records. Contact us about specific information.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information unnecessary for an initial enquiry. If additional documents are required, arrange a suitable delivery method with us.
7. Access and correction rights
Under section 13 of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, you have a right to access personal information about you held in a database, subject to applicable provisions. Under section 14, you may request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, as provided by that section. This is not a blanket right to deletion; requests are also considered in light of applicable retention duties.
To exercise rights or request an end to consent-based processing, contact office@everst.co.il. We may request proportionate details to verify identity and locate the information. Do not send an identity document in advance. Requests will be handled under applicable law.
8. Scope and updates
This policy covers the public website and enquiries originating through it. External services and linked websites also have their own policies. Material changes in collection or use will be accompanied by updated notice and additional consent where required. The current version and update date will be published here.
